Notes	The City of Davenport is currently accepting bids for the Davenport Police Station Roof Repairs, Phases 1 & 2. This project is located at the 416 N. Harrison Street, Davenport, Iowa.The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor roof and roof associated work as indicated in the plans. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Police Station, 416 N. Harrison Street, Davenport, Iowa. This will be a time to visit the location, review the plans and specifications, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project must have a representative in attendance. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
