Notes	The City of Davenport is accepting bids for the Davenport Parking Ramp Repairs. This project is located within three parking ramps in Downtown Davenport: • Harrison Street Ramp: 331 W 3rd St • Redstone Ramp: 101 Main Street • Rivercenter Ramp: 102 E 2nd St Maintenance activities include cable barrier rail, slab, and sealant replacement, along with cable barrier, spall and crack repair. Various combinations of these maintenance tasks occur at each of the parking ramps. Much of this work requires specialty materials, equipment, knowledge and experience. A pre-bid meeting will be held on January 14, 2025 at 9:00 AM at Harrison Street Ramp, 331 W 3rd St. This will be a time to visit the location, review the plans and specifications, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. All contractors intending to bid on this project are encouraged to have a representative in attendance. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
