The Davenport Municipal Airport will receive sealed bid proposals for cash rent for tillable farmland located on the Davenport Municipal Airport for a five (5) year period beginning January 1, 2026 and ending on December 31, 2030. The three (3) leases consist of approximately 287.5 total acres of tillable farmland owned by the City of Davenport at the Davenport Municipal Airport.
Proposals must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Request for Proposals must be reviewed and responded to accordingly. |
