Notes	This City of Davenport is accepting bids from qualified vendors to perform renovations to the Davenport Civil Rights office space. The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor for the renovation of the Civil Rights Offices including the addition of a secure transaction window, extending walls above the drop ceiling to meet the floor deck above and, reworking HVAC ducts within the offices. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, July 14, 2025 at 9:00AM at Davenport City Hall, located at 223 W 4th Street. This will be a time to visit the location, review the plans and specifications, and address questions. All contractors intending to bid on this project are encouraged to have a representative in attendance. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
