DATAOHIO PORTAL SOFTWARE SOLUTION

The Ohio Department of Administrative Services (DAS)  Office of Information Technology - Office of Data and Efficiency is issuing this Request for Quote (“RFQ”) for an open data government portal solution. Only Bidders with an existing cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) open data government portal solution are eligible to respond to this RFQ . The purpose of this solicitation is to serve as a replacement to modernize the current DataOhio Portal infrastructure and capabilities.

The State will host a virtual bidder meeting to address questions/clarifications regarding this RFQ, September 2 ^th , 2026, at 9:00 am EST Columbus, Ohio local time using Microsoft Teams (see following information to join). Attendance at the Pre-Response Conference is not a prerequisite to submitting a response to this RFQ.

Instructions for Supplement A (State IT Policy, Standard and Service Requirements):

The supplier must include a fully completed copy of Supplement A and follow the completion instructions contained in the supplement.

If there is a license agreement and/or privacy policy, please attach a copy to your response.

Selection will be based t he supplier with the highest point total (technical points + cost points) of the evaluation.

All responders to this solicitation must be fully registered as a Supplier to do business with the State of Ohio.  Please follow all steps below to be fully registered.

DAS may execute a written contract with the awarded supplier.

At its sole discretion, DAS may renew all or part of this Contract for up to two additional two-year term(s), subject to the satisfactory performance of the Contractor, the products and/or services received, and the needs of DAS
