TOS - Task Order Solicitation
Description
The City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS) requests proposals from the On-Call Professional Consultant Services Bench Contracts in the Audit Services category to perform comprehensive data validation and quality assurance of its Soft Story (SS) and Non-Ductile Concrete (NDC) systems.
The provision of services under this Task Order is governed by the terms and conditions of the Contract issued under RFQ - On-Call Professional Consultant Services (RAMP ID# 209359).
The Contractor will perform comprehensive data validation and quality assurance services for retrofit compliance records maintained by LADBS under the Soft-Story and Non-Ductile Concrete programs. This work will require row-by-row, field-by-field review and validation of each record to confirm accuracy, resolve discrepancies, eliminate duplicate entries, and fill gaps in documentation.
