Data Center Upgrade to zCloud, Maintenance & Managed Services (4 Year 4 Months + 2 One Year Options Contract)

Description: MTA IT is seeking a solution to migrate its on-prem mainframe to zCloud Mainframe-as-a Service (MaaS) and provide managed services to maintain and support three data center environments: (i) post-migration MaaS, (ii) PeopleSoft midrange and (iii) IBM iSeries. This support covers production and disaster recovery locations and includes activities such as 7x24x365 admin support and network monitoring, system patching, performance and capacity management, applicable software license and support including Kyndryl-owned software, audit support, IT tools, health check and remediation, and technical support.
