Data Analytics and Prospective Student Search Platform

SUNY Cortland is requesting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide an enrollment platform with the following capabilities:

• Prospective student search: access to at least 85,000 prospective student records annually and the ability to query available records by geographic area, GPA distribution, major, race & ethnic identity or other predictive criteria
• Access to the software for at least 5 campus users.
• Predictive Model scoring: the platform should utilize SUNY Cortland enrollment data to create a proprietary predictive model through which prospect records may be analyzed prior to acquisition; and which may be utilized for other applicant/inquiry records not within the platform database.
• Semi-annual consultative sessions: the company should provide a dedicated consultant and at least semi-annual consulting sessions to review model/recruitment effectiveness
• Market trend reports: the company should be able to provide information on current market trends, student mindsets & expectations as well as strategic opportunities for optimization.
