The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) intends to procure a photographer in accordance with Public Authorities Law Section 2879. This opportunity is a Discretionary Purchase and is solely intended for NYS-certified MWBEs and small businesses. MWBEs shall be certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law, and small businesses shall mean a business that is resident in New York State, independently owned and operated, not dominant in its field, and employs not more than one hundred people. Documents are listed under the Attachments Section.

All proposers are responsible for obtaining any addenda issued and posted to DASNY’s website in relation to this RFP.

In accordance with State Finance Law § 139-j and § 139-k, this solicitation includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between Dormitory Authority personnel and an Offeror during the procurement process. Designated staff for this procurement are listed below. Contacts made to Dormitory Authority personnel regarding this procurement may disqualify the Offerer and affect future procurements with governmental entities in the State of New York.
