THE CITY OF DANVILLE IS INVITING SEALED BID PROPOSALS FROM INTERESTED AND QUALIFIED PARTIES FOR THE DANVILLE RESCUE MISSION RENOVATION PROJECT, LOCATED AT 213 N BOWMAN, DANVILLE, ILLINOIS 61832.

THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF THE COMPLETE RENOVATION OF THE BUILDING LOCATED AT 213 N BOWMAN AVENUE IN DANVILLE. WORK INCLUDES EXTERIOR DOOR & WINDOW REPLACEMENT, CONCRETE FLATWORK, ROOFING, SIDING, MASONRY, FRAMING, BATHROOM UPGRADE, DRYWALL WORK, PAINTING, GENERAL CARPENTRY, TRIM, CABINETRY, FLOORING, ADA IMPROVEMENTS, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, AND HVAC.

Special Requirements:

This project is funded in whole or in part with federal funds and is subject to the labor standards provisions of the Davis-Bacon Act. Contractors and subcontractors performing work on this project shall be required to pay wages at rates not less than those prevailing on similar construction in the locality as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor. All contractors and subcontractors shall comply with all applicable federal labor standards, including, but not limited to, certified payroll requirements. Refer to Section 00 8110 – Federal Labor Standards Provisions, Section 00 8300 – Minimum Wage Rates, and Section 00 8430 – Weekly Payroll Reporting Form in the bid packet for additional information.
