THE CITY OF DALTON seeks sealed bids from contractors for the construction of: ¿Dalton Pickleball Complex¿, located at 904 Civic Drive, Dalton, GA, 30720 (the ¿Project¿). In general, The project consists of parking lot improvements, restroom-concessions building, and 15 pickleball courts, and associated site improvements. Bid alternate is include for a shade structure. Standards and specifications consist of mass grading, laser grading, utilities, asphalt paving, detention and drainage, concrete, fencing and associated electrical. The requirements for construction of the Project, and the duties and responsibilities of the contractor whose Bid is accepted (¿Successful Contractor¿), are set forth in the Contract. Sealed bids will be received by the City of Dalton Finance Department located at 300 W. Waugh Street, Dalton, Georgia 30720 until: 2:00 p.m. on the October 22, 2024.
