Dallas Public Library Serials Administration

Project Description: By this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) the Dallas Public Library (Library) seeks to establish a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) master agreement to purchase serials and serials subscription management services with the option for 5 one-year renewals if agreed to by vendor and Library, as detailed in these specifications. This contract shall include the purchase of annual subscriptions for serial publications including periodicals, magazines, journals, annuals, newspapers, and memberships to genealogical societies, including associated publications, for the Dallas Public Library (Library), and all services described in these specifications.
