Dallas Airport Systems Snow & Ice Removal

Project Description: The City of Dallas (City) is soliciting bids for a sixty (60) ID/IQ master agreement for Snow & Ice Removal Services throughout Dallas Love Field Airside and Landside roadways and Dallas Executive Airport locations.An ID/IQ agreement is established when quantities of services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Services under this agreement will be ordered on an as needed basis for the term of the agreement. This master agreement includes surface snow and ice removal services within the Airport Operation Areas including Aprons, Gate Areas, Ramps, Remain Overnight Areas, Push Back Areas, Vehicle Service Roads and includes snow and ice removal services from Landside roadway areas on Herb Kelleher Way including adjacent roadways within the Dallas Love Field property and Dallas Executive Airport. Snow & Ice Removal Services are required for continuous airport operations in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Regulations. Goods and Services under this agreement will be ordered on an as needed basis, based on winter weather events, for the term of the agreement.
These requested services support landside and airside safety and continued operations during winter weather events.
