The School Board of Robbinsdale Area Schools, ISD #281 will accept bids for:

Dairy Products - Milk

BID OPENING: 10:00 A.M. TUESDAY, April 21, 2026

Until 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at the Education Service Center, 4148 Winnetka Avenue North, New Hope, MN, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bidders are invited to attend. Bids received after 10:00 A.M. will be returned unopened.

Bids shall be upon form provided by Owner. Envelopes containing bids must be sealed, marked “BID, Dairy Milk”, with the name and address of the bidder and the date and hour of the opening and addressed to: Katie Wahl/Child Nutrition, and delivered to the Education Service Center prior to the appointed opening time.

The complete form shall be without alterations, additions, or erasures. All bids must be on a lump sum basis. Bids received by fax will not be accepted. Robbinsdale Area Schools reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to award the contract by sections, to waive formalities, and to reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional Bids.

No bid shall be withdrawn subsequent to the opening of the bid without the consent of the School Board of Robbinsdale Area Schools of Minnesota for a period of sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of closing bids.
