NOTICE OF INTENT FOR BRAND NAME SOURCE JUSTIFICATION: THE EASTERN FEDERAL LANDS HIGHWAY DIVISION (EFLHD), FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION (FHWA), INTENDS TO AWARD TO ZION MARINE. INC. FOR A SPECIFIC FLOATING WORK PLATFORM FOR CORE SAMPLING, AS SHOWN IN THE ATTACHED REQUEST FOR QUOTATION.

ZION MARINE, INC. IS THE ONLY SUPPLIER CAPABLE OF PROVIDING THE REQUIRED FLOATING PLATFORM AND CREW NEEDED TO FULFILL THE REQUIRED SERVICE.

ALL RESPONSIBLE SOURCES MAY SUBMIT A QUOTATION WHICH, IF RECEIVED TIMELY, WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE POSTED DATE, SHALL BE CONSIDERED BY THE AGENCY.
