This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This requirement does not have a set-aside, and is brand name mandatory.

The Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory (NSMRL), requires the renewal of BRAND NAME MANDATORY, IBM SPSS Statistics Base Software Licenses. Please see included Performance Work Statement (PWS) for additional information.

Questions must be obtained 04/01/2025 in accordance with the incorporated PWS.

Responsibility and Inspection: Unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control.
