D22 Specialized Desk Lights (RFQ 2116)

Please complete and forward a specification sheet for the task lights.

The spec sheet should include standard technical information, such as lifespan, Color Rendering Index (CRI), color temperature, and lumens, as well as detailed drawings so we can determine the best way to connect these lights to our office equipment.

For your reference, attached are pictures of similar task lights currently used by ODOT.

Only those suppliers who have a quote from the Lot 1 Round 1 will be considered for Lot 2 Round 1.

Please note: As the State’s Fiscal Year comes to a close, please be advised that our response to inquiries may be delayed until July 1st. However, you are still highly encouraged to respond to this lot. To ensure you have ample time to submit questions, this new lot has been extended through July 10th, 2026 .

Purchasing 24 Z Bar Task Lights. These are LED Task Lights with Axiom Monitor Arm Post Bracket, 2700k to 5000k color temperature, 2 axis rotation, integrated cable management, multiple dimming levels, and a silver finish.

ODOT is tax exempt. Quote should include FINAL PURCHASE PRICE , including Freight or other miscellaneous charges. ODOT will not accept an altered invoice after bid is awarded.
