finishes, HVAC and electrical modifications including installation of utility connections in owner supplied simulation stations.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Meeting: The Project site is available for inspection by prospective bidders at a mandatory pre-bid site meeting and walk-through. All prospective bidders must attend one of the following meetings:

1. February 20, 2025, at 9:00am at the Magnuson Health Science Center.

2. February 24, 2025, at 9:00am at the Magnuson Health Science Center.

Meet at the S1 Parking Lot, located on NE Columbia Road, across from the AA Loading Dock. These will be the only opportunities for bidders to visit the Project site. Bids received from bidders who did not attend one of the mandatory pre-bid site meetings will not be considered.
