Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid: The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”), acting by and through MTA Construction & Development (“MTA C&D”), seeks through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to engage a consultant to provide Project Management Consultant services to manage the design and construction of Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) accessibility upgrades at three (3) subway stations in Queens and Brooklyn (collectively, the “Stations”), as well as related station renewal work at two (2) of the stations in Queens (collectively, the “Projects”).

The Project will provide Project Management Consultant services to manage the installation of ADA-compliant elevators at three subway stations ADA; Parsons Boulevard / Queens Boulevard Line (“QBL”), Briarwood / QBL, and ADA: Gates Avenue / Jamaica Line and related accessibility improvements at two Station Components: Parsons Blvd / QBL, and Station Renewal: Briarwood / QBL. These accessibility upgrades and renewal will provide reliable service for Americans with Disabilities.

FUNDING: 100% MTA Range: $10M - $50M

Goals: MBE: 15% WBE: 15% SDVOB: 6%
