The New York City Department of Social Services (DSS) through its Community Food Connection (CFC) Program welcomes proposals from qualified vendors to design and implement a scalable, participant-centered solution to enhance the City’s emergency food assistance system through a voucher-based or credit-based food assistance model. Through this pilot/RFx, DSS seeks to expand food access, increase participant choice and dignity, and reduce operational inefficiencies within the emergency food network. procure a voucher-based or credit-based food assistance model that empowers participants who utilize CFC-funded pantries with direct purchasing power. Anticipated # of Contracts: One (1) or more task-orders based on a one (1) master agreement (MMA1) award Antiticpated Contract Term: July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029 Antiticpated Procurement Value:
