Project Description: Granger-Hunter Improvement District seeks a qualified Utah-licensed contractor to rehabilitate 20 sanitary sewer manholes using 100% solids epoxy lining (Quadex/Raven approved).
Scope includes cleaning, grouting, underlayment, surface prep, testing, bypass pumping, and traffic control. 90 calendar days to substantial completion.
Bid opening June 23, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. via Bonfire. 5% bid security and 100% performance/payment bonds required. Full documents available on this posting.
