D3 Food Truck Incubator Program

Project Description: This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is intended to set forth the requirements to establish the City Council District 3 Food Truck Incubator Program that is focused on developing viable food truck businesses developing from new and existing food businesses that are currently based (including home-based businesses) in Council District 3 or that commit to provide regular food truck service to Council District 3. This initiative aims to support aspiring food truck entrepreneurs by creating and providing a food truck readiness and incubator program that includes business education, regulatory guidance, financial literacy, and knowledge regarding the mobile food unit (MFU) ecosystem. The successful proposer will design and operate a program that will meet the requirements of this RFP.
