Description:
The work includes the design of facility improvements to accommodate growing needs for Students in District 23 of CCSD. Specific needs for the following schools, Minnie Hughes ES (New Multi Purpose Room and Media Center), Janes Edwards ES (New Multi Purpose Room), and EB Ellington ES (Media Center Expansion, Cafeteria/MPR Finishes), are to be addressed in the RFQ. General Contractors may submit qualifications. The RFQ may be requested VIA Brownstone from Lauren Sitnik at lsitnik@bstonegroup.com
