Place of Performance:
The Western Area Power Administration, Headquarters intends to acquire a Sole Source basis for Calibration of Circuit Breaker Motion Analyzer. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received within 5 days after date of publication of this notice and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government's requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
