Amendment, N6274225R65070001 - Revised Requirements and Answers to the Pre-Proposal Inquiries.

This amendment is to revise the requirements and provide answers to the Pre-Proposal Inquiries (PPIs). The date set for receipt of proposals is unchanged and remains on July 14, 2025, at 1100am, Thailand Time.

This solicitation is associated with Sources Sought Notice ID# N6274225R6507 D/B Thanh Thinh Commune Clinic, Nghe An, Vietnam

This is a design-build project for the complete design and construction of a new clinic in Thanh Thinh Commune, Thanh Chuong District, Nghe An Province, Vietnam. The project includes a new two-story clinic building to be constructed on the site of the existing Block 1, along with a parking area, improvements to the boundary wall, and a new main gate within the same compound. The clinic will be built using a reinforced concrete frame and roof, with reinforced concrete slab floors finished with anti-slip ceramic tiles throughout. Walls will be made of concrete masonry units (CMU) with either a plaster or tile finish, and all plastered walls will be painted. Ceilings will consist of painted gypsum board. This new facility will replace the existing clinic Block 1 and will be constructed within the same compound.

Pre-Proposal Site Visit (PPSV). The PPSV is scheduled on June 17, 2025, at 1000am, at Trung Thinh village, Thanh Thinh Commune, Thanh Chuong District, Nghe An Province, Vietnam. (GPS coordinates: 18.764098, 105.298015)
