Description:	The Bidder shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of this project as follows: Improve a north-south alley in the Williams-Woodland Park Neighborhood Association bounded by W. Woodland Ave. to the south, W. Suttenfield St. to the north, Webster St. to the west and S. Harrison St. to the east. The existing 12' wide alley will be removed and reconstructed with a 12' wide concrete alley, spot repairs of sidewalk and existing residential drive approaches where needed. Minor stormwater adjustments along with curb and parkstrip restoration are included in this project as well.
