CytoFlex Analyzer Maintenance & Service

SUNY intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law Section 355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000, for the service and maintenance of our CytoFlex Analyzer. A sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for the above service, you must contact the appropriately delegated Campus Contact in this advertisement within 15 business days of this Advertisement Notice.

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law Section 139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Contacting any other individuals at Upstate in connection with this advertisement may constitute a violation of New York State Finance Law. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales to any NYS agency.

Vendors responding to this advertisement shall be required to complete and submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law Section 139 j&k, and New York State's Tax Law Section 5-a.

Vendors responding to this advertisement must submit valid and current NYS Workers' Compensation and Disability Forms.

Requirements:

• Vendor must provide maintenance and service on the Beckman Coulter CytoFlex Analyzer, which is utilized in our Histocompatibility Laboratory for Patient Testing.
• Vendor must provide a proactive service approach to maximize uptime and improve profitability.
• Vendor must provide priority on-site service support and technical phone support.
• Vendor must provide additional key operator training.
• Vendor must provide annual scheduled preventative maintenance visit, which should be performed to factory specs.
• Vendor must provide fixed maintenance costs.
• Vendor must provide authorized and factory-certified BCI-technicians.
