The Cylinder Assembly (Actuating Cylinder) is a mechanical component that helps operate the hydraulic system on the Heavy Equipment Transporter (HET) Model M1070 Truck and M1000 Trailer, applying force to lift, lower, and maneuver heavy equipment. Its purpose is to facilitate the safe and efficient transportation of heavy military equipment by enabling the loading, unloading, and movement of cargo on the HET and trailer.
