THE SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-A-SIDE. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCUTION UNITS WILL BE 330 DAYS. FOB IS AT DESTINATION, INSPECTION AT ORIGIN, ACCEPTANCE AT ORIGIN.
