DESCRIPTION: It is the intent of SBCISD to solicit written proposals from service providers familiar with the latest modernized Cybersecurity Pilot Program for FCC Form 470 Application , to assist the school district to maintain and upgrade its technology infrastructure. This RFCSP is pertinent to the Schools and Libraries Program of the Universal Service Fund for Cybersecurity Pilot Program for FCC Form 470 Application It will be for the period of September 01, 2025 to June 30, 2026.

Competitive sealed proposals for the above will be received by the San Benito Consolidated Independent School District (SBCISD) ATTN: Ms. Monica Mata, Chief Financial Officer at the Administration Building located at 240 North Crockett Street, San Benito, Texas 78586-4608.

For the interest and benefit of the SBCISD, we reserve the right to reject any or all proposals, and to waive any formalities in the proposals received, and accept the proposal most advantageous to the SBCISD. Service Providers are encouraged to follow latest USAC/SLD guidelines, and separate the eligible and non-eligible services. Service Providers are encouraged to visit sites on schedule basis.
