CyberFusion Center (CFC) Shared Approach to Security Operations

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified organizations interested in partnering with the California State University (CSU) to build an AI driven systemwide 24/7 Shared Security Operations function to proactively monitor existing CSU Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Endpoint Detection and Response/ Extended Detection and Response) EDR/XDR feeds to detect, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity threats across the CSU system. The CSU is creating this new Cyber Fusion Center (CFC) to ensure the confidentiality, privacy, integrity, and availability of information assets across all universities within the system. This initiative aims to bolster the protection, detection, and response capabilities against cybersecurity threats across all 23 campuses and the Chancellor's Office.
