Cyber Operations Formal Training Support (CyOFTS) III

Cyber Operations Formal Training Support (CyOFTS) III will support the 39 Information Operations Squadron (IOS) Cyberspace Operations (CO) and Information Operations (IO) Formal Training Unit (FTU). This contract will provide subject matter expertise (SME) and other essential capabilities to augment and support the mission of 39 IOS in support of Air Combat Command (ACC), Air Forces Cyber (AFCYBER), US Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), and the US Government.

The mission of 39 IOS and their partners is to provide Initial Qualification Training (IQT), USCYBERCOM 2000-level work role training, and advanced training for Total Force (TF) Airmen to plan and execute tasks requiring CO and IO capabilities. CO training includes the employment of cyberspace capabilities where the primary purpose is to achieve objectives in or through cyberspace. IO training includes those Information Warfare (IW) forces specifically trained to apply social science principles and fundamentals to shape the perceptions and behavior of relevant actors. The ability to integrate civilian/commercial technology and military tactics, techniques, procedures, discipline, and rigor into the training enables graduates to defend the nation.

Place of contract performance will be accomplished at Government facilities as defined in the PWS located at Hurlburt Field, Florida, Joint Base San Antonio, Texas, and Keesler AFB, Mississippi.
