NOTICE OF SINGLE SOURCE TO THE PUBLIC
Shelby County Government has identified a single source purchase for the goods/services as
listed below. This notice is not a request for bid, proposal, or qualifications.
Single Source - Cyber Liability Insurance
The identified vendor will:
Coverage to include at least $5 million in coverage for the following with a 12-hour
retention:
1. Business Interruption and Extra Expense.
2. Data Recovery.
3. Cyber-Extortion and Ransomware.
4. Data Breach Response and Crisis Management.
5. Coverage System Failure.
6. Dependent Business interruption.
7. Dependent Business Interruption System Failure.
Procurement Timing/Deadlines:
1. June 1, 2026 - May 31, 2027
If you have the capacity/expertise and are interested in providing the Goods or Services detailed
above please submit a letter of interest as well as your pricing (total & details) via email to
sherry.money@shelbycountytn.gov.
In accordance with Shelby County's Purchasing policy, notice of single source will be posted on
the County's website for seven (7) days prior to award.
Notice expires on March 11, 2026 at 2:30 p.m.
