CY 2025 Contract Milling Program

This City of Davenport is accepting bids from qualified vendors for the CY 2025 Contract Milling Program. The proposed improvements consist of scarifying asphalt, concrete, and composite pavements to the depth specified in the contract documents, and disposal of the millings. City crews will perform the base preparation and resurfacing of the milled streets. The work will be assigned to the Contractor in groups of streets as indicated in the contract documents. A notice to proceed will be issued individually for each group of streets.

Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
