SKAGIT COUNTY

CXT AT HOWARD MILLER STEELHEAD PARK

The project consists of erosion control, structure demolition, preparation of a building pad, concrete sidewalk, utility reconnections, final utility hook-ups, coordination with building supplier, providing crane access route and surfacing restoration. The base bid estimate is $55,000 including Washington State sales tax and allowance.

BID DOCUMENTS/NON-MANDATORY BID MEETING:

Bid documents are contained herein as sent to the pre-selected respective bidder(s). A nonmandatory pre-bid conference for prospective bidders will be held on site Monday, November 4, 2024. The meeting will take place at 10:00 a.m. at the project site address 52804 Rockport Park Road, Rockport, Howard Miller Steelhead Park.
Technical questions regarding the project must be submitted by email to Miles McEathron mmceathron@freelandengineering.com . Questions must be received by November 12, 2024.

Bids will be received Tuesday, November 19, 2024 until 3:00 p.m. at the Skagit County Parks Department, 1730 Continental Place, Mount Vernon, Washington,

98273. Bids must be received and secured until the time set for the opening.
