Project Description: The Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Board (Airport Board) seeks an experienced Customer Experience (CX) consultant with a background in aviation operations and customer experience to work on site and remotely with the Integrated Operations Center (IOC) for six months as described within the attached Specifications. The contract term is six (6) months. The SBE Goal for this contract is 0 %. QUOTES must be submitted through dfwairport.bonfirehub.com and WILL NOT be accepted via email or mail. Quotes will be accepted until 2:00 pm (Central Time) on June 19, 2026. Responses must be received by the above stated date and time. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Title 8, Subtitle A, Chapter 252.
