CWU-61-M: Manser Fire Alarm Replacement

CWU – Mansfield University invites Electrical Contractors to download documents for this project.

Work for the Project shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute and shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

Work included under this Project consists of replacement of the following at Manser Dining Hall: main fire alarm control panel, all initiating devices, all notification devices and all interface modules. The existing fire alarm wiring infrastructure will remain and be reused. Minor extensions to the wiring system will be made to accommodate additional devices required for current code compliance.

Work shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute.  The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the Electrical Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University

A mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on January 28, 2025, at 1:00 pm at Manser Dining Hall Building (main entrance) Mansfield, PA 16933.
