CWU-50-M: Manser Dining Hall Interior Renovation & Elevator Addition

CWU – Mansfield University invites General Construction, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Contractors to download documents for this project.

Work shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute.  The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University but not be limited to, the following:  renovation of exterior plaza, installation of new 3 stop elevator and enclosure, new elevator vestibule and steel canopy over new exterior entrance, interior renovations, doors and windows, and relocation of existing Food Service equipment. Also included are modification to the Mechanical, Plumbing, and electrical systems.
A mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on January 28, 2025, at 10:30 am at Manser Dining Hall Building (main entrance) Mansfield, PA 16933.
