CWU-66-L: Bentley Dining Hall Consolidation

CWU – Lock Haven University invites General Contractors, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical Contractors to download documents for this project.

Work included under this Project consists of Renovations to the Ground Floor and First Floor within Bentley Dining Hall at Lock Haven. This is a Separate Prime Contract with General, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Contracts.  Work to include demolition of existing walls, constructing new walls with minor roof infills above and interior finishes.  New HVAC system to include exhaust hood and ductwork on first floor and removal of existing systems on Ground Floor and rooftop unit.  Provide new water supply and DWV for new fixtures, relocation of sprinkler heads and removal of existing water supply, DWV and gas piping.  Provide power, lighting and IT infrastructure for renovated areas and removal of systems on ground floor.

Work shall be accomplished by a Separate Prime Contractors according to Pennsylvania statute.  The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the General Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University.

A mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on February 18, 2025, at 10:00 am @ Bentley Dining Hall 1st Floor Main Entrance, Lock Haven PA 17745.
