CWU-54-B: Upgrade of Fire Alarms 5 Buildings (Montgomery Place Apartments, Schuylkill Residence Hall, Monty's, Scranton Commons and Buckingham Maintenance Center)

Commonwealth University – Bloomsburg Campus of the PA State System of Higher Education invites Electrical Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work includes but not limited to construction required includes all work as shown on the drawings and included in the contract documents for the replacement of the following: main fire alarm control panel, all initiating devices, all notification devices and all interface modules. The existing fire alarm wiring infrastructure will remain and be reused. Minor extensions to the wiring system will be made to accommodate additional devices required for current code compliance.  Replacement of fire alarm system is for the following buildings: Montgomery Place Apartments (MPA), Schuylkill Residence Hall, Monty's, Scranton Commons and Buckingham Maintenance Center (Add Alternate) located on the campus of CWU-Bloomsburg University.

A mandatory Pre-bid conference, with site visit to follow, will be held on February 3, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Monty’s Room 127 on the campus of Bloomsburg University, Bloomsburg Pa 17815.
