The Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) Central Purchasing Division is seeking responses on behalf of the Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) from potential suppliers to provide a contract assisting the OWRB with the Clean Watershed Needs Survey (CWNS), to include: data verification, data collection, and survey submission for the 2027 CWNS; community engagement of 567 unique IDs from the 2022 CWNS; and, monthly coordination and updates with the OWRB and other relevant state agencies. A contract resulting from this solicitation may be designated for use as a statewide contract. See 74 O.S. ยง 85.5(G)(3).
