CWES Multi-Building Roof Replacement Project

The University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point is requesting bids for roofing replacement, installation of new steel roofing, and related repair services across five (5) log cabins and Walker Lodge at CWES.

Bidder must attend one job site visit prior to submitting a bid to assure themselves and the University that they fully understand all requirements of the project. The mandatory site visit will be held on May 4th, 2026, at 10 A.M. CT. The location for the visit site is the Central Wisconsin Environmental Station: 10186 County Road MM, Amherst Junction, WI 54407. The Certificate of Site Visitation form must be completed by the Bidder, signed by a university representative(s) and uploaded here in order to submit a bid for this procurement.

The public bid opening will be held virtually on 9:00 am CT 05/27/26 During the session, only the names and prices of the bidders will be announced. Please note that the reading of names does not constitute an award decision. No questions will be entertained during the opening.
