Mohawk Medbuy Corporation

This Negotiated Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation from Mohawk Medbuy Corporation (hereinafter referred to as MMC) to Proponents to submit proposals for the provision of MMCL Nursing Sundries – Personal Care Items; for a contract term of five (5) years with an option to extend for one (1) additional period of two (2) years.

Proponents must be able to meet or exceed all the requirements of this RFP for a Hospital by Hospital, by Category/Group award, for the following categories:
•        Advanced Oral Care
•        Bathing Products
•        Brushes, Combs, Talc Powders & Deodorants
•        Condoms
•        Feminine Hygiene Products
•        Lubrication
•        Mouth Rinses & Hydrogen Peroxide Products
•        Nail Care Products
•        Oral Care
•        Oral Swabs
•        Razors & Shaving Products
•        Soap, Shampoo & Shampoo Trays

Proponents must have the breadth of product to meet the commitment level in order to be in consideration for the committed portion of the award for the category.
