Le projet consiste à la construction d’un bâtiment composé de 180 unités de logement, sur six étages hors-sols. Plus particulièrement, les typologies sont de 150 studios, 15 appartements d’une chambre et 15 appartements de deux chambres. Le bâtiment comprend également de vastes espaces de vie étudiante, dénommées collectivement Centre de la vie étudiante (CVE), lesquels occupent l’essentiel du rez-de-chaussée. On y retrouve notamment des locaux de travail en libre accès, une aire collective ouverte sur un atrium, une salle multifonctionnelle et un café. Les niveaux inférieurs abritent divers espaces techniques, des espaces de rangement et les accès aux tunnels de services et piétonnier.
