This is not a solicitation or request for offers The proposed of this contract action is to procure a KUBOTA SVL75-3HW Compact Track Loader for Coyote Valley Dam Recreational Area, Mendocino California. USACE intends to solicit as a sole source under the authority of FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

Interested persons may identify their interest by responding to this requirement.

This notice of intent is NOT a request for quotes; however, all information received after date of publication of this synopsis may be considered by the Government.

Interested suppliers shall respond to this notice by providing the following information.

Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided.
