Customized lipid nanoparticles, liposomes, and polymeric nanoparticles system

Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of a customized lipid nanoparticles, liposomes, and polymeric nanoparticles system from Unchained Labs as a sole source because of the uniqueness (design, capability, nature) of the goods and the contractor being the single provider of the goods. System must produce hundreds of lipid nanoparticle formulations in short period of time with very controlled size and homogeneity and should allow for precise control over synthesis time, size, and shape by adjusting flow rates. An entity may appeal this determination in accordance with OSU Standard 03-010. Section 5.17 no later than the closing date indicated on the website.
