Project Description: The District’s current Customer Water Usage Portal provided by Sensus is being discontinued, and a new portal is needed. The current portal allows the District’s customers to monitor their hourly water use and set up alerts for high or continuous usage, which supports the District’s conservation messaging. Approximately 1,500 District customers currently use the portal. The District invites proposals from Vendors offering Commercial off-the-shelf software solutions as well as from Vendors proposing to design and implement a custom-developed customer portal tailored to the District’s requirements.
