Description
Project Description: The Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance marketing, streamline student communications, and support engagement from inquiry and throughout the student's academic journey. As a foundational component of MCCCD’s student experience and success strategy, the CRM will enable personalized engagement and communication, improving marketing, recruitment, admissions, advisement, and retention processes across its 10 colleges.
