The Montgomery County Purchasing Department is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for qualified vendors to submit proposals for a Customer Online Payment System and Merchant Services. Interested parties may submit proposals for either the Online Payment System, Merchant Services, or both. While functionality requirements are separated by service, all other requirements apply universally and should be addressed in all proposals. Montgomery County reserves the right to award one or multiple contracts, based on what is determined to be in the County’s best interest.
