Customer Billing, Payment and Engagement Solution

Project Description: Hillsborough County Water Resources Department is seeking proposals from experienced and well-qualified firms to provide all labor, material, equipment and support for an electronic payment receipt system to process customer payments through various channels for the Hillsborough County Water Resources Department; to accept on-line credit card payments, e-Checks, mobile, text, digital wallet, and retail payment solutions; and bill print, mail services, and bill redesign to afford the County an opportunity to generate revenue, customer portal to enable customers with self-service, Live Chat, Chatbot, bill view/comparison solution options, communication management feature to communicate with customers using multiple communication options. The estimated cost is at $22,000,000.00 for a five (5) year term.
